BRANCH MANAGER (Garland)

  • Minimum 5 years management or supervisory experience in a banking environment.

  • Responsible for managing daily branch operations with focus on efficiency profitability and growth.

  • Provides leadership, professionalism and staff mentoring to provide excellent customer service. 

  • Demonstrates initiative using good business judgement in finding solutions to best serve the branch and the bank.

  • Ensures that branch employees comply with bank policies and procedures, federal banking laws, and regulations.

  • Participates in community and marketing events in order to reach prospective customers.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional training and experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bilingual Vietnamese preferred.

PERSONAL BANKER (Vet. Memorial)

  • Minimum 1 year banking experience.

  • Knowledge of new accounts documentation and requirements.

  • Excellent customer service and cross selling skills.

  • Fluency in Vietnamese required

TELLER SUPERVISOR (Bellaire)

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years banking operations or supervisory experience required.

  • Knowledge of branch operations, regulatory and procedural compliance.

  • Ability to manage daily teller operations within the branch at maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure that service quality and performance standards are met in the teller area.

  • Provide guidance and development for tellers.  

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to resolve customer and employee issues.

  • Fluency in Mandarin required.

TELLER SUPERVISOR (Longpoint branch)

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years banking operations or supervisory experience required.

  • Knowledge of branch operations, regulatory and procedural compliance.

  • Ability to manage daily teller operations within the branch at maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure that service quality and performance standards are met in the teller area.

  • Provide guidance and development for tellers. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to resolve customer and employee issues.
